Enrollment Policy

Here are the terms and conditions of your enrollment, or the enrollment of a child for whom you are the parent/guardian, with Ballet Classique Methusela (BCM).

In the event your account/payment is more then 30 days late, unless you make other payment arrangements with the school, BCM will forward all bills to Vanguard Collections.

BCM reserves the right to use its former or current student photos, video or the like for publicity and marketing of the school.

Students enrolled at BCM will respect the policy of a one school enrollment, thereby understanding that expulsion from school will result with no refund, if this is not respected.

BCM reserves the rights to change, cancel or substitute dates, classes and schedules, as well as add or remove faculty members at any time.

Respecful and attentive behavior is expected. The school has rights to suspend any student, when the director concludes that a student is willfully disobedient to a teacher or the behavior of the student has a harmful effect on the character or persons of other students; or a student fails to comply with school policy.

Girls' hair in all levels of ballet must be properly groomed for ballet class; long hair must be worn in a bun; short hair must be pulled back from the face and off the neck. Ponytails are not acceptable. No jewelry or nail polish may be worn.

Students must be dressed in the required class attire.

Students who leave a class during their class time will not be allowed to return to class this day. Please note, if a student is asked to leave a class, vacation of the premises is also expected. The student may return to class the following class. There is no refund for missed classes.

BCM and its staff are not responsible for personal injury or damage/loss of belongings on its premises.

There is no refund for tuitions or costumes and any other fees. Two weeks{ notice prior to yearly class commencement is required to cancel your reserved space in a class. Deposits and registration fees are non-refundable unless class has been cancelled by BCM.

Payment in full, thrice yearly or monthly are available and must be made upon registration. A discount if any cannot be combined with any other discount. For thrice yearly and monthly payments the first and last months must be paid upon registration and dated for the first day of the month, all postdated cheques must be submitted upon registration. Enrollment is on a first come, first served basis, with priority going to returning students. We must have a completed and signed registration form and payment must be received before a student may take classes. Late payments are subject to a late fee of $15. A balance of over thirty days is subject to a finance charge of 12 percent per annum. Returned cheques are subject to a $20 fee.

As part of the Ballet Classique Methusela experience, the student may be invited to participate in dance and theatre performances.
